Rooted Beginnings | 4 introductory holistic guidance sessions

Meaningful transformation seldom happens in a single conversation. The Rooted Beginnings Journey is designed to give us the time and space to build trust, understand what is truly asking for your attention, and begin creating lasting shifts together.

Over the course of four sessions, we will explore your unique circumstances through a holistic lens, supporting your emotional wellbeing, inner clarity, personal growth and the patterns that may be keeping you from living in greater alignment with yourself.

This introductory package is available only to new clients and applies to your first four sessions. After completing the Rooted Beginnings Journey, any further sessions are offered on my regular sliding scale of €50–€111 per session, allowing you to choose a rate that reflects your financial circumstances.

To ensure I can offer each client the depth of presence and care this work deserves, only a small number of places for this offering are available at any one time.
