Hi, it´s May
My name is May, I am a Ugandan raised in Denmark, a little nomadic at heart. While growing up in Uganda, South Africa and Denmark, I have also lived, as an adult, in Germany, France, Brazil, Portugal and Spain. I just love how big the world is and how many places we are able to call home and be shaped by.
My work is deeply rooted in holistic, intersectional healing and personal decolonization. As a holistic life coach and digital content creator, I strive to inspire and guide others on their journey to self-liberation and empowerment.
I am deeply passionate about self-development and sharing the insights I’ve gained—and continue to gain—through my journey. After years of learning how to take ownership of my own universe, I find joy in inspiring others to live from a place of self-acceptance, authenticity, power, and compassion.
My philosophy emphasizes gentle progress over perfection. I’m endlessly curious about the world, human nature, and how we can foster greater harmony—first with ourselves, then with those around us, and ultimately with our environment.
Here on this blog, I share the passions that light up my soul: holistic healing, decolonization, womanism, plant-based intuitive eating, conscious natural style and design, intuitive spirituality, sustainability, personal growth, creative expression, and whatever else blooms in my corner of life.
I am a child of the internet but with feet softly planted in the soil. With this online oasis, I hope to share a curiosity about all that happens in the realm of holistic living, mind, body, soul, and surrounding. May you find something here, that resonates with you too.
